Registration – Summer 2024

Pre-registration Bonus

All summer gathering participants who participate in pre-registration on or before Monday, July 22, 2024, will be entered into a pre-registration bonus draw.

Where does your registration fee go?

Registration fees help to offset the direct costs of organizing assemblies and gatherings, including facility/venue rentals, audio/visual equipment, transportation services, webcasting, registration services, facilitators, signage, and drum group.

Registration Process

Photo identification will be requested at registration for Chiefs and students.

  • All participants and groups are encouraged to pre-register and pre-pay, even if your registration is complimentary.
  • Registration forms and payment must be received before entry into the Gathering. You may also register on-site with your payment.
  • You may also register and pay on-site.
  • Please note that registration fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2024. An administration fee of $50 will apply for all cancellations prior to June 28, 2024.
